Hotel Lawrence d'Arabie

Reception bad customer service except for the young boy who was welcoming & helpful when he was on the desk . After staying at this hotel several times before we requested a pool view room as other rooms at the back of the hotel are facing a busy road this was confirmed by email but when we arrived surprise surprise this was not what we got . We was told a guest has decided to stay a extra night so the room we requesed was not avaliable until the next day . We was

I was so impressed with this hotel, excellent value for money, fabulous staff, facilities were great with restaurant and cafe attached. The breakfast was worth getting up for and the pool was sweet. I had such a lovely time - this hotel is a bit special and in a great location. There are some nice bars around if you like a drink, just ask the reception. Really nice hotel.

location was good. the pool and the rooms were clean. My room was by the street and it was noisy, need better ac. The breakfast I did not enjoy.

Loved the location of this hotel, it’s decor, room size, breakfast & sun trap! Hotel advertises rooms come with a hairdryer, there was no hairdryer & when I asked for one I was told to bring it back to reception after I had used it that day....erm I’m on holiday it’s hot I’m washing & drying my hair everyday...? The bathroom let’s the rooms down massively, the rooms are so nice & well decorated but the bathroom is dated & our shower door was broken. It would be quick to bring it up to standard but as it is, it really lets the room down. In saying that I would book here again it was not enough to put me off!

Great hotel. Only problems were Hairdryer was broken, only allowed 2 towels and a robe between 3 of us. Other than that it was nice. Exactly what we paid for.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Love the breakfast - especially the hot food. The chef would come out and make sure you were happy with your breakfast. The hotel restaurant is also very good and the vibe of the restaurant is very chill. Overall really enjoyed my stay. I stayed in a different hotel the first 2 days of my trip and hated the hotel and when we came to Lawrence d’Arabie it made the trip so much better

We stayed at this hotel for a family holiday. The hotel was close to the airport - only 10 minute drive in a taxi. It is also centrally located within walkable distance to the main attractions. The reception staff (Eshan, Hanan, Hakim and Mohammed) were helpful. A special thanks to Hakim who took care of our needs promptly. He also kindly arranged a taxi for our return journey to the airport. The breakfast was good. The staff at the breakfast area were friendly. A special thanks to Fatima Sara who was taking care of the room service. She provided useful information about the city, its attractions, transport and shopping.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. 5 min drive from the souk. 10 walk to Gueliz. 5 min walk to the bus and train station.
