Atlantis Waterpark Hotel & Suites

The hotel was clean, as was the pool area. The Neptune suite had plenty of room for 8 people. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend The Atlantis for a winter get way if you have younger children. My 7,4, and almost 2 year old grandchildren enjoyed the small sized slides and the nice warm pool. It's not for big thrill seekers, but the Waterpark is connected to the hotel by a short hallway so it's very convenient for the young ones. There was no breakfast due to Covid, but there is a small fridge and microwave, so we got by just fine. Local restaurants were open and we enjoyed a hike on one of the near by trails.

My kids are 2, 5 and 8 and they loved it. It wasn't too crowded which was perfect for us and the all the kids had something to do. They are already asking to go back.

It was nice and clean for a little family fun

Staff were professional but paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and the jets didn't work properly. The tub was also pretty dirty. No manager was in to talk to so front desk took my number and never called. Not impressed.

Room was ok but the pool on 4 the floor need some cleaning and it has a lot of ants around the hot tub.

I went to the Atlantis four times this year, the three times I went before I was very happy but this fourth time disappointed me. I understand everything was shut down but the pool and hot tub was still open and I had Jacuzzi in room so I decided to go again because I enjoyed the other times. Hot tub in pool area was warm and my jacuzzi the jets wasn’t working. I also paid extra for the big room with the jacuzzi for the two of us so we could have a balcony when I open balcony door the screen door fell off. I called front desk but Maintance wasn’t available so we couldn’t enjoy balcony or fresh air because if I open door anything could fly in. I was very disappointed because I knew Wisconsin was shut down activity wise so I planned to enjoy my hotel stay and was disappointed and to think I loved this hotel

Good place to stay if you are looking for a place to do other things within the Dells. Good walking distance from all the attractions!

They advertise this hotel as a resort. It is NOT a resort. It is a fun motel. Parking was great with many spots open. The outdoor pool was closed due to the cold season but looked nice and fun. Our room was like a Super 8 - a bit run down and old, but it was clean. It smelled strongly of alcohol, but we chose not to report it and move rooms because we wanted the room with the bunk beds for our small children. The Front desk check in went well. They had a strange rule of needing to put a hold on my debit card I used to pay expedia for the room. I tried to have them put a hold on my CREDIT card rather than the card I used for expedia, but she insisted it be with the debit card. I used to manage hotels so this was irritating and NOT hard to put a hold on the credit card I am giving them for my stay. I was annoyed to say the least. Then she states there is no breakfast and does not provide any options or recommendations. Expedia advertises breakfast here, but there is none! We were happy that she had us in a room directly across from the pool entrance. The indoor pool was a lot of fun! They even have a game room connected to it. The pool is more for younger children. Our 3 and 5 year old loved the small slides and playground splash area. Our older kids ages 8, 11, 13 enjoyed the larger deeper pool and the hot tub. The hotel itself seemed very safe and secure. The morning Front desk was very friendly and gave great recommendations for breakfast! A very pleasant stay overall!
