Fairfield Inn & Suites Fredericksburg

It was a great stay in Fredericksburg TX. Very clean and comfortable bed and room. Also a great location.

This hotel is in a great location. It’s clean. The beds are really comfy. It’s quiet and dark so you can sleep real well. The grab and go breakfast could be better. There are really no decent options for someone with a dairy and egg allergy. Bagels and peanut butter or oatmeal would be a nice option.

Nice hotel, quite location, breakfast food needs an update , staff not wearing mask at all times, need room refurbishment.

Great hotel a little far from Main Street and the pillows were very uncomfortable....but other than that nice hotel

I am incredibly disappointed by the fact that I have now been charged three times for my stay last week. The stay was perfectly acceptable, clean and hospitable, but the aftermath.... I have now called twice and there never seems to be a manager available. When I first noticed the discrepancy on my credit card, I called and was asked to call back in two hours.. I told them it is there responsibility to follow up with their customers and left my name and number. I received a call back an hour later from the front desk saying the issue was fixed and I would have to wait a few days to see this on my credit card. I checked and the front desk did not fix the issue, but charged me a third time, then removed the charge. CLEARLY THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH TRAINING. Left a message for management which apparently does not work on Sunday... Not what I expect from any Marriott branch...Disappointed

Overnight business stay. Got coffee and bag breakfast at 630am. I did not expect full breakfast during pandemic like some other customers. Hotels.com should update their description accordingly to avoid confusion. Prompt checkin. Clean and comfortable room. Bed could have been better.

Super nice staff, comfortable beds, absolutely the quietest room ever! We were across from the elevators and heard nothing!

We decided to venture out from our COVID cave to this beautiful area. We talked to those who are traveling and got ideas on how to do it safely. The Fairfield met all our expectations. Our reservation was for 2 nights. Check-in was quick and virtually touch-less. Housekeeping did not visit our room, as expected. They had wipes in the room so we could wipe down anything we desired (we assumed they had done so, but better safe). We had sufficient towels in the room. The TV remote was in a plastic bag. Bed was comfy as usual. We brought our own pillows. Breakfast was grab and go... crescent sandwiches which we warmed in our in-room microwave. Checkout was via email; we left the card keys in the room. While in the area, we enjoyed the drive along RM-337 and would recommend it. We would stay here again.

Nice room with two queen beds and a separate sitting area. Nice size for 3 of us. Nice bathroom with plenty of towels. Due to Covid, breakfast sandwiches, wrapped in plastic, were provided that you could microwave in your room. That was fine but I had to go back and ask for plates and napkins, they weren’t set out. At check in I was told housekeeping would only come if requested which was fine with us. But then housekeeping did come in the room while we were gone. So be aware of changing procedures. They moved towels around without providing new ones so we didn’t know whose was whose so that was mildly annoying. The a/c rattled but told the front desk and they said they’d look into it.
