Pillows Hotel

The staff were very polite and helpful.

I asked for two days to get a second key to no prevail. I had to have housekeeping let me in to my room. The first key was used to keep air conditioning on it was super hotel and no ventilation. The window had an awesome view of the utIlity corridor which was extremely hot as well. Strange odor in room as well and I got sick after two days. I think something was bad in hotel. I never get sick felt fine next day. The food was good and would recommend the breakfast . Loved the black rice and thick bacon.

This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star service. I booked a standard room with a queen bed. The bed actually was more of a king size (two twins together). The room had a window, but no view. The view was of an interior building passage - nothing to look at. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would stay here again for the staff alone. Breakfast was included with my room rate and is open all day. Yes - you can get the breakfast all day and it is made-to-order as opposed to a typical buffet style. The location was very convenient. Walking distance to Osmena circle, restaurants, grocery, pubs. Super easy to catch a taxi, habal-habal, or Jeepney around the hotel or at the circle. My flight arrived very late (1 am) and the front desk had my paperwork and ready for me when I arrived at 2 am. I have no hesitation recommending Pillows for anyone looking for a quality stay at a reasonable rate.

I have stayed in Pillows previously, I highly recommended it to my friends and family. All areas of service are of the highest standard.

Good location near Fuente and Doctors Hospital good breakfast great coffee good service and always smiles and hello from staff Only problem is their towels don’t smell fresh but dirty although they’re clean! I think the detergent they use smells bad or they don’t use enough but it’s the only thing I really didn’t like.

Location, being within walking distance to many eatries and entertainment

I like that its very clean and staff is sweet. I just didnt like the wifi being slow and nit having a pool.
