Dolphin Hollywood

Had a great stay at Dolphin hotel. Room was very clean . Location convenient to Hollywood beach. Most all of the hotels at Hollywood beach are somewhat dated but that's part of the charm of the area. Check in and out was perfect. Staff could not have been any nicer.

There was a glitch in reservation. I had confirmation that I requested a king bed/large room. When I got to the hotel, they said Expedia booked me for two queen beds. I called Expedia and they also confirmed that I booked a king through hotels.com, but hotel said that 3rd party messed up reservation. Dolphin was good about getting us in a king smaller room by the couple we went with in the end, it was just frustrating to dea with when you are ready to get into the ocean. Otherwise, we’ve been very happy with office staff. Rooms are older, but clean. Loved the courtyard and steps from the beach

Great place will be sending all my friends . All my family that stayed at a different place will be booking here next year. Office was so helpful.

Perfect location, although the facility was not the best.

Nice place and comfortable. Not much there as far as service. A bit of a hassle to check in. Upon a late arrival around 7pm there is no one in the office. Door to room was left open with key inside. The bill was in the table in the room and I was surprised to see an additional “service fee” of $25. This was not obvious on booking the room so I was not pleased.

Bed sheets were dirty, whole room smelled like cleaning utensils. AC was way too loud to sleep. Basically everything needs some upgrades. At least it was quiet and directly by the beach.

Stayed for a pre-cruise night. Had to arrive late and had some difficulty getting my credit card info for the late arrival but was finally able to work it out. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Obviously an old 50's style motel revitalized and revamped but very impressed by the cleanliness. Just across the narrow street from the beautiful beach on the quieter end of the "boardwalk"; very close to Margaritaville, shops and restaurants. Would surely stay there again. Photos shown are accurate for the room we stayed in. I would absolutely stay here again.
