Greenways Apartments

Access to the city centre, whilst not being in the CBD and the size of the apartments, which were excellent

Inexpensive, good location for me as visitor to Arts Festival. Basic amenities, kitchen and bathroom ok, very clean and appreciated towel replacement after a few days stay. For two persons the second bed in the living room was not so great. Was unable to find two bedroom accommodation at Greenways.

The location is very handy, but where else do you have to supply your own toilet paper??

manager was very responsible. Cleaner was very supportive.

The only thing is that the cleaning crew was very nice and friendly. The carpet is very dirty and the beds are very uncomfortable. The furniture does not match. Like from the Second Hand shop. The picture shown on the booking sides is a hoax. Bathroom and kitchen werde ok. Reception no avaible. We did. not See any contact person during our stay. We did. not feel well. Good location. Looks nothing like in the photos . Very noisy traffic from the street.

Liked the Space,nice linen, kitchen convenience, mostly position close to Festival theatre etc

No information was given about the Check in. No reception onsite.

This should not be a 3 star property or listed as SERVICED apartments Not once in my 3 night stay did anyone enter or service my room. The kitchen floor was sticky and the old dirty lino moved and lifted up off the floor. Inside the kitchen drawers was also dirty and sticky. The kitchen also had a laminated sign on the wall asking that ALL RUBBISH be removed by the tennant at the end of their stay. I have never experienced this in a 3 star 'serviced apartment'. The room was mouldy and right next to a main room so I had to choose between mould smell or traffic noise in leaving the window open. Turning the fan on to circulate air was also not an option as the fan was old and made a terrible noise, even on the lowest setting. I left a message on the 'reception phone line' (no office exists on site) and no one called me back. So I called again and spoke with someone who at first seemed annoyed and told me 'what you see is what you get'. II was then told the traffic noise would go down at night and that was their best solution. No one called to check that I was okay or satisfied following this phone call.

I did not see any body (staff or similar) at any time. Could find anyone for check-in so rang and got key code Also could not find a park for the car
