Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash

TV remote never worked. Room was spacious and beds and pillows were supportive, we slept great. Towels seemed newer, shower was clean. We found some wrappers and trash on the carpet behind the headboard after moving some pillows around. All the vending machines on each floor were out of order, one ate my $2 in coins.The front desk was kind enough to give me $2 in bills, but the machine still didn’t want to cooperate. Not too happy when you’re in need of a drink at 10pm. There were 2 ice machines also not working. Settled for tap water using the paper cups provided in the room. Not really in a rush to come back to this hotel again, there are so many others in the area.

We booked a superior room with a loft and kitchen. Great location for outdoor activities, comfortable and spacious with a nice view, friendly staff. This was the second time staying here, and we will definitely stay here again. We wish they had updated their website to indicate that their new tavern was not open, and has not been open since March. However, the smaller Black Diamond Grill is open, and serves limited breakfast and lunch items only.

The hotel was very nice, very clean and the staff were super. The only thing that was just "OK" was the bed. It was a "murphy" bed that folds out from the wall and was not the most comfortable bed I've slept on.

Overall our stay left us feeling disappointed. Upon arrival check in staff was friendly and helpful. First glance at our room was disappointing. The set up overall was poor, and did not reflect the pictures on the website. Our dining table that was supposed to seat 6 was pushed up against the wall and only 3 seats were useable. If pulled out from the wall there would be no room to walk. Also upon arrival to our room we found it to be covered in ladybugs, over 30 of them. We were told that it was lady bug season and that this was everywhere, which we understood but did ask to be moved to another room because our young daughter was scared. They said they could not do that unless we wanted to pay for an upgrade which we declined. They sent maintenance up to vacuum them up. My kids were still on edge though because they were worried about bugs when they slept. The double bed that pulled out from the wall was almost un-sleepable. Hard and not supportive, did not make for a good nights sleep. The lobby was nice and well maintained, and the staff kind. But due to the poor room conditions we will not be returning.

Completely equipped room with kitchen including fridge/freezer and dish washer. Marveled at how an open studio space felt roomy. Inviting common spaces. Lap pool & 2 hot tubs. Only qualifier to totally rave review is that the mattress could have been a bit firmer. Very reasonably priced. Conviently located in Bartlett with attractive grounds. Found my go-to spot in the White Mountains!

Stayed 2 nights . It was clean and well maintained, the room was better than expected we will definitely be returning.

I stayed in studio room with the murphy bed. The bed was nothing special but not horrible like a pull-out sofa mattress. It was great to have a full size fridge with a real freezer and the location is out of the bustle of Conway but close enough to easily drive in for dinner. It was cold out, and the outdoor heated pool was ok if you kept moving, but the hot tubs were very enjoyable.

It was fun.

Very COVID safe and adhering to guidelines. The 25 yard pool was wonderful, sharing with 4 people total. They clean the furniture after someone uses it. The restaurant has a good breakfast and lunch. You have to eat diner out or cook in kitchen in room. If planning to eat out, make reservations early.
