Casa Mint

I was not able to speak to anyone because I was unable to open the door for about an hour. And the room was not what I saw in the pictures and there was no soap to shower.

Easy check-in and check-out. Peaceful and relaxing stay! Will be back soon. 😃

Communication upon arrival could have been better. As we walked in and took off our shoes we quickly put them back on as there were sand on the floor in the living room and bedroom. There were total of 5 cockroaches dead and ones we had to kill. Our first morning we woke up to someone walking by the windows making loud clinging noises . We learned that it was a handyman, cleaning crew , but at 7 Am it was too early. Location was great , but the maintenance Of the place and the cleanliness needs to improve.

Although, we visited during the Corvid-19 virus situation. The beaches and all public events but i was able the enjoy my stay at the Casa Mint from 3/20-22. The room & swimming pool was clean, and up to date. Laundry was available for $2. A wash or dryer. Brenda (the property’s Assistant) was very helpful in answering questions and tips. Looking forward to return in future vacations

The a/c system did not work properly.... would not fix it ... we stay only 2 nights... would not refund our money... Hotels.com would not help us to resolve this matter

We were there 3 days and not once received any housekeeping or towel replacements. Paper towels were provided but no tea towel or dish cloth and no bath mat. Ceiling light didn't work, so I sent them an email; got a reply but no-one came to do anything about it.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The hotel has no office. You have to meet the “cleaning” people and ask for a pass code. The shower curtain was moldy, the shower tile was moldy. The window in the kitchen area was moldy. The bedspread had several stains. The walls were dirty. I just turned around and walked out. I’ve used Hotels.com for nearly 18 years and this is the first real problem I have had. Hotels.com should seriously consider removing this establishment from their site.

Comfortable bed, great location. Amenities disappointing, not enough towels or toilet paper. 3 different guests searching for more

There was no toilet paper in at least 3 rooms, the door knob fell off, there was gross, slimy hair in the bath tub drain, the walls were so thin I could hear everything from both adjoining rooms. The wiring and outlets were severely unsafe. The electricity was cut off to repair/replace a ground/neutral wire. The maid did not work at all during our stay. The room key was under the door mat.

Though the room it self was small ,it was clean, had everything you need and overall condition was okay . Good water pressure and ac . Plus right down the street from a beautiful beach and all Hollywood beach has to offer.Very comfortable bed!
