Lakeshore Inn Water Front

Conveniently located to I90 motel. Very quiet and clean. Has it’s own waterfront access and paddle board rentals. Also has a boat access.

Check in was good, helpful and friendly. The condition of the building left a lot to be desired. Obviously nothing was being done for upkeep, and after reading the Grant County magazine, we understood why. It appears the property is to be taken over by a Red Lion franchise. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, the negatives were the electrical outlet by the sink was inoperative, the fan in the bathroom did not work, and the main door was scary looking. The lock was mounted backward, the doorjam looked like it had been kicked in a few times and the clientele that were there gave some cause for concern. There was a small view of the lake from the window, but it was not worth $70 and change a night. A better value could be found up the road.

I don’t know how anyone could possibly stay there. Dirty bed linens, moldy bathroom, dust & cobwebs an inch thick on the picture, the chair was all stained, and I couldn’t bear to look at the carpet. And worst of all, the gal at the front desk LIED when she said I could get a refund if I went through this website because the rep that was helping me called & they DECLINED TO REFUND! The only way to make this nasty place better would be to bulldoze it.

It’s very clean room. Beds are good. The room as a whole is little outdated but it’s nice. My buddy and I really only used the room to eat and sleep. We fished most of the time. The place does have couple docks to fish room and boat ramp which was cool. We did catch some fish of the dock.

I don't know why I expected or from this place what's the reviews I saw baby somehow feel it was much nicer than it was in reality. Normally a very plain and Bare Bones place is not a problem for me as I often stay at bargain price motels however this one was not bargain priced at all which left me feeling ripped off by both the owners add Hotels.com. This venue offered nothing in the way of amenities and the room was literally without a table or chair. Only a bed and a television which were considerably both old and worn. The door to the room looks like it had been fixed with a piece of cardboard have done painted over. While the whole place wasn't dirty it was however quite shabby and appears to have had little it's the way of upgrades ever made to it. If you are looking for a place to stay in Moses Lake I recommend that you pass on this one add either stay at one of the Shane hotels such as Motel 6 which were $20 a night less.

Older hotel, clean. Beds uncomfortable and it was probable me.

Everything is ran down, pictures are not what it looks like in person, its just a horrible motel to stay at, i rather stay at a motel 6.

The property has great potential, being right on Moses Lake, but the view is spoiled by multiple, criss-crossed power lines, and blocked by untrimmed trees and un-used buildings. Also, the noisy A/C unit needs to be replaced. We stayed three nights, and never saw any room-cleaning. One BIG ISSUE is their policy of NOT ALLOWING ANY VISITORS to the room, for any length of time!!!

Nice and clean old but clean beautiful views

The set of a horror film waiting to happen. Not so secure locks on the rooms, didn’t even feel safe leaving our bags in the room when we weren’t there. Mystery stains all over the carpets. Just completely rundown for the price.
