We liked how close it was to the attractions of the Dells. We didn’t like the lack of towels, dinnerware, and toilet paper available in the room. If it sleeps 8, there should be 8 towels and 8 plates and silverware sets too.

Older building but my room was very clean. Mel was so very helpful and friendly. Loved the beachfront amenities. Will definitely be back.

This was such a cozy gem and located right near everything at the same time! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to show their gratitude for the guests! I will definitely be back!! PS My dog loved it too 😊

The picture is a very small shot, the best shot possible of the resort. The Bedroom floor was soft and about to cave in, in several places. The beds are old and hard and feel like laying on box springs. Washing Machine, broken, clothes still soaked after each wash. There was a party at a house behind the resort, our last night. I called the emergency # at 1:30 am. No answer, and never a callback or response. No mention of it at check out. Very disappointing!

The pictures on Expedia were a bit misleading. The property didn’t have the same happy feeling that the pictures emote. The stay was not terrible, but I can’t imagine staying here again. The room was a bit musty, the towels are really thin and don’t seem super clean, and you have to return towels to get new ones as there is no maid service. The pool was ok, but the chain link fence gives it a depressing feeling. There were not a lot of people enjoying the “amenities,” so it seemed kind of sad. The wallpaper had been painted over and there were spots of bubbles on the wall where the wallpaper was trying to separate. The carpet tiles were not properly secured so they would sometimes come up and show the original wood floor underneath. The beds were comfortable, although it would be nice to have a mattress pad so you couldn’t see the mattress tag through the sheet and to add extra comfort. On a positive note, the staff was excellent and cared about our stay. We were always greeted with a smile and they did try and remedy any issue we had. I just wish there was a place to towels and toilet paper after office hours. We needed toilet paper one evening and had to wait until morning. In order to avoid people using paper towels, it would be good to have extras somewhere.

We really loved the resort and the staff. The lake was amazing, the beach was clean and inviting. You can tell they've been working hard to get the place back up to snuff since they purchased it 4 years ago. They still have work to do but they are heading in the right direction. Water pressure is something that still needs work, I wanted to open the windows in the back but found them painted or screwed shut. Beds were clean and pretty comfortable. Nice place to visit and relax.
