The Park Ayutthaya Resort and Spa

A little in need of some tlc but location is unrivalled

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us book a boat trip last minute and arrange for transportation to the train station. Breakfast was included and we thought it was pretty standard fare. The location is great in that it is right across from a temple and a large park with beautiful ruins. On the other hand, there was some construction or digging going on in the plot next to The Park which created quite a bit of daytime noise. Additionally, there are no businesses or restaurants on the same block so it took about 15 minutes, maybe more, to walk to the nearest bar/restaurant. The bed was incredibly hard and we got our worst nights sleep on it. The walls are very thin so we heard our neighbors coughing all night and then they got into an argument in the morning. There were mosquitos in the room but I asked and was provided a can of spray which was effective. There were ants all over the shower. We would not stay here again, despite the wonderful service we received from the staff.

The hotel was in a great location very near to the historical park. The breakfast was cooked-to-order. There was free wi-fi that was not super-fast, but serviceable. The Owner/Manager was very helpful with planning which ruins to visit and how to get there. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's above backpacker status, I think.

The staff here are fantastic, and are very accommodating. Breakfast was yummy too. Unfortunately, the room was a little old and outdated, unlike the pictures we saw, and I think there were bed bugs because I came home with lots of bites. If they work on some of their facilities, it’s a central and good place to stay!

Great location and staff, comfy bed with clean sheets in an ancient building. We had a large room with ensuite and it was sufficient for a night but definitely could use some repairs. The garden is lovely but the tables need to be cleaned. Breakfast is fine, if you're not in a rush and the a/c was wonderful after the heat.

Enjoyed my stay. Owner is very friendly and offers good suggestions about sites to see. Simple but nice breakfast was a good start to each day. It's reasonably priced and while not the most modern, it has charm and character that made it a place I'd definitely stay at again.

An average guest house. Older guest house with big rooms. Good location for the main temples, but you will need a tuk tuk taxi to get pretty much anywhere. The closest restaurant or store is at least a 10-15 minute walk away. The air conditioning and electricity went out in the middle of the night and was out for several hours. The owner blamed the weather and yes it was raining a bit on and off, but so lightly that it made not sense for the weather to have any factor in a power outage. On a positive note hotels .com refunded my money in full for the room becauase of this issue. That was great. Hotels . Com comes through again, but the hotel itself I would definitely not stay at again. Especially not for 1100 baht or $32 a night.

Ce logement dispose d’un jardin incroyable pour ce reposer. De plus, il est situé en plein cœur du centre historique d’ayutthaya! Les chambres sont sommaires mais propres. De quoi passer une ou deux bonnes nuits

アユタヤ歴史地区内にあり立地は最高。ただ設備からすると料金が割高の気がする。

Wir, 2 Familien, waren für eine Nacht in diesem Resort. Die drei Zimmer im Hauptgebäude waren sehr schön, das Familienzimmer im Nebengebäude für drei Personen war etwas abgewöhnt. Die Betreiber waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett, das Frühstück ok und die Lage natürlich super. Außer dem Aquarium im Garten war allerdings nichts von einem Spa (im Namen) zu sehen.
