Buffalo Marriott at LECOM HARBORCENTER

The staff, particularly, Mehgan, made my trip very smooth from directing me on property, to manages all of my requests in a timely manner. Most of the amenities are unavailable due to COVID, but room service menu is amazing, and front desk takes care of all requests.

First time stay at Marriott hotel, very modern and stylish design, definitely love the color of the interior room. We stay at the highest level - 19 FL, large city view room with sofa and two love seat. Marriott did very good job to provide a safe environment for their clients, the guest room has a clean stick on the door to make sure everything inside the room have been cleaned, feel very safe during our visit, would love to stay with Marriott next time!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is convenient, close to alot of restaurants. Hotel was extremely clean...they took extreme precautions since we are in the middle of a pandemic. The room was very nice and cozy. The staff were very friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, food was very good and waitress was very personable. No complaints:-) You won't be disappointed.

Do to Covid they did not service the room. I guess I understand that but they still need to provide towels Toilet paper and empty garbage for people staying more than a night.

We came in to attend a wedding.. we had our rehearsal dinner at the hotel. The was ok it was not hot as it was served from the buffet. Over all it was a good place to stay and great drinks

Room was not clean. Room was not what they promised , there is not lake view, its all street but I was charged alot anyway. Unless you are wealthy or famous they will not make it up to you. I felt that I was put in a bad room on purpose. I was not cleaned and the walls had alot of dents and furniture looked damaged. Will not be returning.

Great location friendly staff very clean close to highway

Clean in both room and common areas. Room was beautiful. The staff were very serious about COVID-19 precautions, which was appreciated. Kind and friendly and made a family trip easy. Great location in the city for little ones as there's lots to explore by Canalside and walkable to restaurants. I had to work during the day and the hotel room was spacious enough to easily do so, with consistent wifi (only downside was I had to pay for it.)
