Unfortunately an extremely bad experience here. I had my phone stolen the morning of checking in here, my friend was also staying here in a different hotel room. I had absolutely no way to contact him, and after checking in taking my money they told me they could not call his room to let him know I was there (even though I knew he was in the hotel in the room waiting for me to let him know I had arrived, he did not know I had my phone stolen.) They directed me to an Internet cafe 3KM away which was VERY hard to find with no maps and unfortunately my German is not great. Once I spoke to my friend I found out he had been looking for me also and had asked at reception for them to let him know when I arrived, as he realised something was up. I did not stay here, and decided to fly home that night instead of spending a night in Berlin that I was really looking forward to. So unfortunately I did not use the room so cannot comment on the cleanliness. A really unfortunate experience made 10x worse by the unhelpfulness of the staff here. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else, as you may find yourself in the same situation as me. I use hotels.com quite a bit and I have never ever had an experience like this. Most hotel staff will go above and beyond to help you, not the case here.

This is a very minimalist hotel. No amenities like waters or coffee in the rooms. The beds were uncomfortable.

Perfect hotel for business. Although the room is not big, but very nicely designed the room. Contemporary and comfort. Will stay every time in Berlin.

Great location right next to the Kaiser Wilhelm memorial and the zoo. Bus station and U-bahn nearby as well.

Facilities like water Kettle, body cream, dental kit, shower cap is required for travelers and one more table near the dressing mirror is necessary, Rooms are too small. Breakfast options wee few. Location is perfect because of the U Bahn and S Bahn connectivity.

Excellent location, moderately priced, exceptional service, eclectic artsy design. Rooms are small but with this locale with shopping and restaurants galore, you won’t be in the room long. Be sure to enjoy the 10th Floor Lounge and it’s view.
