Brisas Studio Apartments - Adults Only

The manager was friendly and informative. The property was safe. Housekeeping was great. I will definitely return.

Great place to stay. Kitchen has everything you need.A great plus is they have scuba gear,cooler and folding beach chairs with towels.Very well maintained! Safe location.Need a car if you stay here.

Wonderful, extremely clean (3 day/wk cleaning), private, safe, quiet, relaxing. Enjoyed our meals in our own secluded garden area! Close to grocery and beach.. minutes by car. Located in a safe neighborhood, off the main Palm Beach Hwy. Most streets are unlabeled, so a little difficult to find the first time. We asked for directions at a grocery store.. a worker used his phone to call the Brisas number. We were told to stay at the store and and the hotel greeter, Marlon, would come to get us. Sure enough, she met us there and we followed her to the apartment. She walked us through the garden to, and through our room. Helpful hints were passed on to us about our room, the Aruba area, and Brisas amenities for our comfort. If something is needed, you call a number which is answered immediately. The Brisas is family owned. There are only 4 apartments for rent. No pool, ice machine, or laundry on site, but we went to our timeshare property for that. The owners, Freddy and Conny live on site. It is obvious the pride they take in their establishment, their attention to detail, and desire to accommodate..all the way down to beach chairs, ice chest and even a sewing kit found in the room for possible wardrobe malfunction! We stayed for 6 nights. The staff (of only 3, beside the owners) made us feel as one of their own family. We will definitely be back yearly. Have 6 wks of timeshare in Aruba, and enjoy staying local before and or after the resort stays.

The property is so beautiful, well kept, clean, and organized. Freddy, Conny, and Marlon were so kind to us, they went out of their way to get my husband a bottle of wine for his birthday. The locals are also very kind, with beautiful beaches and lots of delicious foods. Best vacation.

We liked everything about this property. It was clean and just as promised. We enjoyed our privacy in a comfort of a charming 1 bedroom garden unit apartment with all amenities you’d want to see. The most amazing part of the stay was our host - Marlon. She was an excellent communicator, guide to local life, and even helped us organize a few things while there. She made our stay in beautiful Aruba.

This apartment was very clean, nice, and very close to good restaurants and night life.....about 10-15 minutes walking distance....less than 5 minutes if you have a car. I rented a car...so driving distance was less than 5 minutes. Freddy, the owner of Brisas is nice person. He had a welcome drink for us... in our case it was wine, our preference. Apartment has nice decor. It is cozy, quiet, and comfortable. If you want a quiet comfortable place to stay...yet close to good dining, shops, and nightlife...this is the place to stay. Freddy, the next time I am in Aruba for vacation I will stay at Brisas.

Gorgeous property! Quiet, safe and close to beaches and dining! Freddy was an amazing host, He made sure i was comfortable and helped me with everything i needed! I highly recommend this establishment if you are looking for a place that is quiet and off the beaten path but just a short walk away from everything! I will be back!
