The worst place to stay. Booked a room for a week. But could only stay for 5 days because during that time my room has never been cleaned even once, customer service was awful, reception who is supposed to be available at all time was impossible to find. I informed them I was moving out and they promised not to charge me for the remaining 2 days because I was moving out earlier due to their lack of professionalism and inability to follow simple cleanliness standards, which everyone is entitled to, especially in a hotel. In addition, they misinformed me that it was a pre-paid transaction, although during booking I specifically made sure it was "pay at hotel" option. I got my bank statement and of course they charged me for an extra day even though the clerk promised me they wouldn't. I contacted them to clarify the situation and all of a sudden there was a policy of 24 hour cancellation notice in place. That's how they explained that they charged me extra night which I spent in a different hotel, by the way. And of course the invoice they said would be emailed to me right away, never was. Only after contacting them again I received it after more than a week. It's a short version of everything that happened, but with all honesty, spare yourself some nerves and STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I moved out as soon as the hotel close by had rooms available and was happy I did. I never leave reviews but this time I felt it was my civil duty, so noone else suffers like me.

Our room was small and very simply furnished with older mismatched pieces. Linens were good. It was hot and their was no individual control for the ac. Easily over 80 in our room. Fridge was very dirty, had to ask for a hair dryer, staff was indifferent at best. We had a nice dinner outside with items we purchased from the grocery but the kitchen wasn’t open for dinner. Would not recommend.

The hot tub was nice after a day of cycling.It was a little bit further out of town and we had to taxi in to get dinner

This hotel is located on the shore of the lake. It is okay. The breakfast was adequate at best. The room was quite clean and the bed was fine.

Personne a la réception a 19h30 pour nous accueillir. Notre cle laisser dans une enveloppe. Chambre sale. Araignées et mouche dans la chambre. Table sale au dejeuner.

Chambre très bien situé, avec vue sur le lac et propre, salle de bain vieillot mais très propre également. Pas de bouteille d’eau et aucune possibilité d’en acheter a même l’auberge. Attention, les livraisons des restos du coin termine à 8:00. Spa fermé. Et le balcon qui mène au lac n’est pas aménagé pour la baignade. Cher pour les services offerts...Dans tous les cas un bon 3 étoiles

Prix élevé pour le service et les locaux. Confortable et bien placé pour faire la vélo route.

L’hôtel est sur la berge d’une rivière et on pouvais se mettre les pieds dans l’eau. Le restaurant était fermé du au COVID-19 mais nous avons commandé du restaurant et manger sur la terrasse.

Le déjeuner n’était pas excellent mais correct , en ce qui concerne les mesures COVID-19 , je trouve ça trop léger , le personnel ne porte pas de masque ou de visière , le déjeuner en libre service ( risque de contamination)
