Impressive One

I set up a hotel transfer with them a week in advance. After picking up my luggage and heading out where he was supposed to waiting, no one was there. Between my wife and I we had 7 bags and people were looking at us, because clearly we were stranded and we were sitting ducks. I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. He put me on hold and then said he’d call me back after speaking to the driver. He eventually called back and said the driver picked up someone else and left without us. He told me I should take a taxi because I’d have to wait for him to send someone else. Completely unacceptable and disappointing customer service. When we finally arrived he was nice and helped move our bags in, however 2 hours later the hotel lost power and it became extremely hot and stuffy in our room. After about 20 minutes the power came back on. Overall, the hotel and our room was clean and the included breakfast wasn’t bad either, but we got off on the wrong foot and I had would rate my overall experience as unsatisfactory.

Beautiful small property, perfect for vacationing. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to your needs. The breakfast is delicious and sitting poolside for breakfast really makes it magical. The hotel is next to a busy street but you don't really hear anything. I only had two areas that were a bit disappointed by. The air conditioner is pointed right on your face when you sleep and cannot be redirected, but the big issue was location. I love where the hotel is locaed, nice quiet area with an amazing wine focused restaurant and you can even see an amazing sun set from the hotel it self. But there are no sidewalks in the area. So if you want to walk to the amazing wine restaurant or just about anywhere you have to walk on the street and the drivers drive very fast and a bit hectic. So make sure you rent a vehicle for your stay

Excellent location for those wanting access to the entire island. All aspects of Impressive One exceed expectations, especially the level of service from George and his team!

The staff was amazing! They communicated very well and were always there when needed. The location isn't the greatest. I recommend a car or motorbike. The pool area is nice but located right next to a fairly busy road. Overall still a good hotel.

We had a big problem checking in I booked two superior rooms one for myself and my husband the other for my son and his childrenIt quoted the rooms could sleep 3 people as it had a double size bed settee . They said it was only for a child under two but when I booked it with yourself I stated the age of his son and as one would assume when it said room for 3 people it was correct! The money was taken from my credit card 2,weeks before are arrival so we obviously thought all was fine! They tried to charge us another 30 euros per night for the room which as far as I was concerned was incorrect. This was most distressing for us all and could have spoilt our complete holiday and as we were all there for a family wedding it was totally unnecessary! As far as we were concerned our contract was with yourselves! I would appreciate your comments Veronica Beavis

Amazing Hotel! Clean, great food and the most helpful staff you could ever ask for. They booked Taxi's, Minibuses, Quad bikes and bus timetables/routes. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the location is a bit out of the way, don't let this put you off as it's easy to get around and the hotel is a great place to relax

Great stay in a hotel with a great sunset view, quite area. If you're looking for a vacation without too much noises from too many tourists, this is the spot. Staff are super kind and ready for help at any time. Breakfast was excellent too. Willing to visit again for sure!

I can't say enough great things about this place! We were in the clouds literally -- every night the clouds would caress the pool area! The rooms were impeccable! The staff for breakfast made us feel like we were being HOME! The front desk guys were on point! AMAZING! Nothing short of IMPRESSIVE! I also like that it wasn't in the MIDDLE of the buzz but close enough to enjoy it!
