Hotel Boss (SG Clean)

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially during this pandemic. I have to be in the room until I got my PCR test result, the hotel delivered the food I ordered to my room with no extra charges

Awesome and cosy

Too many mosquitoes and the room is super small.the moment the balcony was opened lots mosquitoes n request for chg of room. Not suitable for family stay and the chk in was a hassle. Total disappointment!

Great stay as always. But the water a little slow for my room I’m not sure why. Probably because the room is at the higher level? Overall it’s good

The moment we walk into our room, saw baby cockroach.. overall, looks clean thou.. called for assistance but unfortunately no one ans.. in the end my bf need to catch the roaches

Upon check in, first thing I saw was a used tissue on the floor by the bedside. Having doubts about their cleanliness. Also found a clump of hair in the shower. Noises at night although our balcony door was closed. Management should control these things coz it affects other guests as well. If you want clean and comfort, Hotel Boss is not a choice.

Room was quite small but clean. The only bad point I think is the air conditioning. My wife and I couldn’t sleep at night as it was quite hot. Parking was free of charge. Just get the complimentary parking ticket from the front desk. If the air com was cold I would give it a 4,5/5 stars. Good for those who doesn’t like it cold.

Comfort bed, Clean. Overall ok. Room was small but overall is ok

Temperatures was taken at the lobby entrance, QR code too. Front desk checked us in quite fast. Rooms were small. Balcony is facing everyone's balcony. No privacy at all. Pool & gym closes super early by 6pm so we didn't get to use the facilities. Noises from other people balconies was quite loud at night, I could here music and laughters all night with the glass door shut. Water heater doesn't work well(Very slow heating). Toilet floor towel has hair all over when checking in... Automated wake up call.

The staff at the counter is not so friendly and no patience. The room is small but it's okay, however, it's quite noisy as I can hear people shouting along the corridor. Did not have a good sleep due to the disturbance.
