Hotel Les Trois Palmiers Marrakech

Room was a good size. hair drier n bedlight didn’t work which was not a good first impression

Desk required 100MAD deposit to issue a towel for the pool. Very inconvenient and awkward.

When i arrived after 5 months of booking ahead- they sold my room! Instead of admitting it, they told me an extra charge was needed and then walked me over to the hotel next door! It was then i realized this 'extra fee' was to pay for a 2nd room next door. I told them how wrong and unethical this was and i wanted to stay where at trois palmiers. They had sold my room to someone else. I was able to recover my 'extra fee' and went next door. After 21 hour of travel, it was a 2hour nightmare of lies and excuses. DO NOT STAY AT TROIS PALMIERS!

Hotel was OK. A bit far from the square. They don't allow visitors which is very annoying and maybe this is a hotels.com issue but not happy about it.

That was undoubtedly the worst experience i ever had with a hotel reception. It says in expedia that there is a free parking. But there is no parking at all. I left the car on the(public) street. When i asked for the reason, they told me that expedia puts incorrect information on the hotel page. The same discussion occurred again regarding the king size bed(as mentioned in my reservation). They said that there are no king size beds, they just join two single beds together. Again, they said that expedia just put random information there. To sum up, as customers, we didn’t get the service we paid for and we didn’t feel welcome, but more as “it’s expedia’s fault, we don’t provide this service”. The breakfast and the rooms were not bad, there is some dampness/damage on the walls. But can be disregarded if the reception was not that rude.

Breakfast was great and long serving time. Location, Carrefour supermarket was 5 mins walk from the hotel. Easy to walk to Jardin Majorelle. As with other reviews, the staff service let’s this hotel down. Like when we asked for a taxi, they just said flag one down outside. We waited 20mins and no empty taxis went passed. Then went back to the hotel and another lady said we needed to walk further to the taxi rank. Don’t be sold on the pool in this hotel as it’s in the shade the whole time. Prefer this location than a hotel in the Medina

Excellent friendly staff great facilities and breakfast

Nice front desk staff! I was checking it very early and they let me get breakfast before I left even as the breakfast didn’t start until later. Comfortable stay!

Spent 2 nights here. Apart from the bathroom everythig else was in good condition. Breakfast was adequate to fill me up until lunch time. The hotel charges 200dirham one way journey via shuttle to airport but you can get 100 to 150 dirham with petit taxi (make sure to negotiate the price with the driver). Some travel tour agency use this hotel for their guests.

2nd stay here and great value for money. Located in the heart of guilez. Very close to shopping centre and Main Street with all the shops on.
