Hisea Huahin Hotel

Stayed at Hisea based on the good reviews listed on the Hotels.com site. Service was great as staff is well trained and accommodating. Overall cleanliness of hotel was very good. Pool on upper level very nice with good view of Hua Hin beach. The location is very good as it is within walking distance of the night market and all the main restaurants and nightlife in Central Hua Hin

the location is great walking distance to most places, the staff were very friendly, our cleaner left the towels in the shape of a different animal each day, the roof top pool and bar area is excellent on the warm afternoons

The hotel is a relatively new facility. Although described as "4 Stars", it is more of a 3 star facility. The positive qualities (by Thailand standards) are a decent room size, good room lighting, plentiful electrical outlets and a relatively clean premises with friendly housekeeping. Internet speed was one of the best I have experienced in a Hua Hin hotel. The reason this hotel cannot qualify as 4 star is that the swimming pool can't handle more than a few people without it becoming an oversized bathtub; there is no gym/exercise facility and breakfast is unimpressive. Breakfast allows for a nice basic salad selection and that is it. Otherwise, it is uninspiring and dull. The key card system, particularly in the elevators could use a software upgrade to improve speed of response. Overall, the hotel was fine, but in respect to the value proposition, it was nothing special. The location, is a congested noisy place far from the nice part of the beach. In Hua Hin, one is never far from anything and most is within walking distance, so this isn't a critical issue unless one wants to go to the beach,

The management and the reservation desk in the front is very very unhelpful unfriendly

proximity to school with its attendant noise problems, especially early in the morning, might be a problem for some during a stay of more than a few days. otherwise, it's a clean, new property with adequate facilities and helpful and friendly service.
