It was another awesome stay
Dinner closed too early and had to wait too long before getting served. Chef did omelette horribly. Apart from that they stay was lovely and I enjoyed it.
Amazing location and property, terrible customer service and leadership. From the beginning to the end this trip was made disaterous by the lack of customer service and poor leadership. The only thing that kept us, and the other family we were traveling with, positive was the beautiful location, the fact that we were in a better place than our cold state and the rum we had to drink to keep us laughing through problem after problem. Check-in was a nightmare, we tried multiple times on line prior to our arrival, emailed for assistance, no response (first red flag). Initial room smelled of ammonia, had a broken closet door with sharp nails poking out. Tub didn't drain, sink didn't drain. We changed rooms finally. Throughout the week, we had to BEG for towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap for our families (at one point our friends kids were drying off with a wash cloth). We were told no lotion. Had to ask for cushions for our deck chairs. Room service was over an hour wait, if it showed up at all, every time. We had to call multiple times to remind them about our orders. The ATM machine did not dispense the money our friends took out and the hotel management accused him of lying. Our cold water in the sink never worked, we stopped calling at this point because it was just making things too negative. The dinner reservation system is an atrocity taking an hour out of your day if you want a decent time with a larger group. Choose a different resort!!!
Diamond Club is great. Staff friendly and facilities are clean!
Property was great, limited restaurant options due to covid, no water sports due to covid, but all in all a great vacation spot
Some rooms needs updating I had to do a room change because one of the room smelled funny like mildew but overall the property very clean staff was very friendly and I was satisfied with the updated room.
Royalton needs to do a month of customer service training with majority if the staff. Never met hotel staff that were so rude, especially to Diamond Club members. My butler was the only decent person.
This hotel was amazing, My family & I really enjoyed our stay. I honestly can’t wait to return. The staffs was amazing & very helpful.
Our stay was beautiful, the room was cleaned every day and waiting service was always around and fast to respond. Our Expedia rep Ester who was located on site was very helpful with all our needs.
