The White House Boutique Bed & Breakfast

I would highly recommend a stay at the White House Boutique Bed & Breakfast. Sonny and Judy were exceptional hosts and went above and beyond for our stay. They provided excellent recommendations of restaurants. It was a pleasure meeting both of them and hope to return.

We visited during Covid so this this was challenging and unique. Sonny went over and above to make us feel safe and comfortable. He made a dinner reservation and asked if he could help in any other arrangements. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a return stay.

Property is beautiful and meticulously maintained inside and out. Sonny is very friendly and helpful with local attractions and ideas. Room was very large for a B&B and very clean.

The host Sonny and Judy of the White House Bed and breakfast was outstanding. They were very friendly knowledgable welcome. The rooms were spotless comfortable had a lot of amenities practice was outstanding I have nothing bad to say I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family

Our experience was beyond expectation. We were treated like family. Our hosts Sonny and Judy prepared delicious and healthy breakfasts. Sonny provided guidance on how to get around and recommended sites to see as well as restaurants. We would highly recommend and return to this lovely home.

Firstly let us say what exceptional hosts Sonny & Judi are. If attentive hosts are what you are looking for then this is the place to stay. Rooms were lovely, and clean, hence you have to leave your shoes down stairs at the front door of the property. Breakfast is at 9am and each course is served to you personally by Sonny. The food is delicious. Unfortunately we do have an issue with the description on Hotels.com. It says several times that there is a free stocked mini-bar. There isn't. There is tea/coffee and a fridge with water in. Which is all listed separately, to the mini-bar, in the description. Secondly and probably more important, it describes a Private Spa tub. From Hotels.com description and pictures I booked this hotel with visions of coming in after a day of sight seeing and us relaxing in the tub, just us, in private. This is not the case. It's at the rear of the property on the decking outside the owners living area, opposite the accommodation car park, and is for everyone to use So not private at all. The other issue is you had to tell them when you would be planning to use it so as they could remove covers and get it ready. And the owner had to be there when using for safety purposes. This for us was to restrictive to use as we did not want to be tied down to times. We do not wish to undermine our hosts, but for us we didn't feel we could unwind and relax as we had hoped
