Ursula and Renato were perfect hosts! My fiance and I absolutely loved staying here. They were extraordinarily nice and sensitive to all our needs. The breakfast was amazing every morning and the rooms were very clean! We will definitely stay here every time we visit Roma! It is centrally located to the Vatican, Centro and Ancient Rome as well as very close to nightlife and excellent restaurants.

The hosts (Renato and Ursula) were great to interact with and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed. This would definitely be my first choice to stay if I get back to Rome, They even left us a personal note and a bottle of Prosecco on our last night.

Christmas break in Rome. Location was perfect for us, all the main sites in walking distance and an entrance to cobbled streets lined with restaurants just opposite. Room was large, clean and modern. Hosts very welcoming and pleasant.

I stayed here for my 6 day Rome trip and I cannot say enough great things about Residenza delle Arti! From the moment I walked in the door, Ursula and Renato treated me like family. They are so kind, sweet and genuine! Genuinely interested in my adventures everyday. It is located so close to every great restaurant in Trastevere for lunch, apertivo or dinner. You can walk to any sight or shopping in the city center in 10-20 minutes. The B&B is immaculate and exactly what I needed. I cannot wait to go back!

Excellent location, close to lots of lovely restaurants and walking distance to all the main sites. Very easy to get to from the airport. The room was really large and a nice view out onto the main street. We had a great welcome from the owners and they gave us a bottle of Prosecco and a toy for our son on our last night. Next time we go to Rome we will definitely stay here again.

Unbelievable location for strolling the city of Rome. Many street side cafes within a 10 minute walk. Transportation available at your front door. The host were most engaging and hospitable. Highly recommend.

Air conditioning didn’t work am d wasn’t fixed during our stay

Ursula was the best part of the stay here, she was warm and helpful. The worst part was we couldn't find the property and when we arrived there, no one was there to let us in. Good thing i found the phone number to call someone who could call someone else to let us in and eventually check in! Also the pillows smelled like smoke and i couldn't even sleep due to this!
