CAPSULE POD BOUTIQUE HOSTEL (SG Clean)

I don't normally like dorms but this one is as good as they get. The blind on the bed makes it feel private, but it's big enough to be comfortable. Plug (including north american outlet!) is at every bed to charge a device, personal light you can use when the blind is closed at night (quite bright) and at the bottom of the beds there is generous locker space for each person (using your code, so no lock needed). The bathrooms are wet baths, which was fine and very private. Generally the place is clean where it matters most. The location is great! Steps from the delicious food and ambiance found in Chinatown. It's a 3 minute walk to the MRT station. That's also the meeting point for the free walking tours of Chinatown which I recommend! Staff were always friendly and helpful. They offer to hold your luggage until 6pm if you need to when you check out (10:30am), at no charge. It's a low-key hostel, which I really like. There are open air common spaces where people hang out, but it wasn't a party vibe. Enjoy Singapore!

Amazing staff's, close to my favourite places in Singapore, 24/7 super clean! All rounds 10/10..keep up the good service guy. Definitely coming back.

Easy to find nearby MRT Chinatown. Clean and Cozy Hostel also Safety (personal locker including PIN code sent in e-mail)

Was a great hostel no complaints just a bit gutted they didn't do breakfast and should use paper cups instead of Styrofoam for the coffee machine.

Room is clean. Not so crowed during that time. But Staff/Guest was talking so loud in the middle of the night.

Great location. Chose to use the female only bathroom facilities as they were better maintained. Most of the staff were friendly.

Nice hostel, very close to MRT, China town street food, 7-eleven, convenient stores. The hostel quite security.

Pods were great, clean and well maintained. Love the privacy and great price. The walls are thin - thankfully I had earplugs. The female showers are fine but the other showers (for both men or women) are terribly small. I never showered in those because I wasn’t keen on the idea of trying to get clean withmy naked body pressed against a toilet, and I’m a smaller sized person.

Stayed in 12 capsule for female only. The noise of ppl coming back from 11pm is very noticeable

My flight was delayed for 3 hours from the expected arrival time of 8 pm The hotel chk-in counter never bothored to pick up the phone which i had been calling them more than 20 times from Bangkok. I just asked my friend in singapore to walk over to check if they could extend the check in time of midnight to mayb 12 10 because my flight was delayed and it would take about 20 minutes to reach the hotel. The staff said that I could check in at 8 am on the next day. I checked in on 10 am the next day and this hotel didnt inform the guest in advance that there would be the air con filter cleaning from 11am-2pm on a daily basis. Not even on the website before booking !! If I had known about such cleaning in advance, I wouldnt have booked this hotel. I couldnt sleep after a long night out because I could not check in in time. Under emergency circumstances, the staff think that 5 or 10 minutes after the working hour is too much for them. No flexibility nor understanding for their guest. Their reply to me was even worse that they lied that the check-in time was 11:30 pm Worst experience
