Noise !!!

Weekdays were ok. But Friday and Saturday nights were unbearable. Not just loud noise ftom a band or d.j. below but the vibrations from the music went thru the bed !!! Cant believe the owner allowed s bar with music to open under his hotel.

It was nothing like the online picture. It was a narrow staircase between two loud restaurants. The TV didn't work, and I slept on top of the bed with my clothes on. The bathroom is down the hallway. You can not pull your pants up after using the toilet because the door is against your knees. The gentlemen running the place was nice though, David Trevino.

I came in very late that evening on one of the craziest party nights of the year and this place was a sanctuary. It was my first time using a communal bathroom in a hotel, but it was serviceable and clean. I mostly chose this place out of proximity to the airport, but I would come here again. Fantastic!

This was a hostel. With communal quarters. It was unsafe with people who looked like they stopped I. Their to get their drug fix.

Very bad smell and Dirty, everywhere in the hotel TERRIBLE noise in the night Dirty bed with very bad smell No service and no facilities, I'll never back again, even if it's free.

I initially needed a place close to the convention for twitch con. There was a sign for check in at 3pm. So i waited, until 3 to ring the bell with another gentlemen who was standing there waiting as well. With no answer. I waited an extra 20 minutes and still no one. Another tenant at the time let us in. And when the manager rod came in 15 minutes later, he had the audacity to say he couldve made me waited until 5pm. So rod if you reading this. Fuck you my dude. The rooms are incredibly small and you have to share bathrooms and shower. Everything is extremely outdated, but they say its to keep the original look. I ask if they have drinking water. And they cant even provide that, WATER! I ask the jerk of a manager rod about the water and he said he'd have to pay for that out of pocket. At that point i was done i just wanted to sleep, but you cant!! because below theres a restaurant below blasting music until 3am in the morning. Airline was amazing and convention was amazing. But the gaslamp quarter hotel needs an upgrade and a new manager. One that can actually provide customer service and look out for the customers needs
