Hotel G Singapore (SG Clean)

Short staycation with my family, room a bit small but overall is fine. Location is good, we walked around Bugis area & orchard road.

The room was pretty dusty, especially the dreamcatcher. It caused a slight reaction from my partner who is quite sensitive to dust but even for myself who's not so reactive to dust could physically see the dust land on the bed whenever I open the curtains. Also, some of the hardware in the room could use some replacing or maintenance as they are cracking paint etc. It would be great if the rooms could come with bathrobes. We loved the breakfast though.

staff were mainly friendly n nice except one... loved the perks that came w the stay. room was comfy for 1 but squeezy for 2. gym was small but had the basic equipment and was clean. only 3 ppl per session though. will stay again in future.

It was great and the room was cozy, just that i expected something slightly bigger because the photos were that well-taken. Would have loved to have a fridge. There was no room service but i could order from the bar on the first floor and pick it up, which was good enough.

The size of the room is small for the price. The bed was too soft. Otherwise location was great, staff were patient & efficient. There is no complimentary parking for guests (? ?).. for the similar room rates, there are better options available. Disappointing!

Overall the room is good and comfortable, it took me around 15 mins for the check in process.

Excellent counter and room service.

The hotel is located just opposite of fortune centre and really convenient to get affordable food nearby. The room was pretty cozy so if you would want a slight bigger space and bed maybe you can opt for the king bed room. If you like fancy food with affordable price they have ginette restaurant and 25 degrees at the ground floor. Recommend getting lunch or dinner set

It was a good room

I have been to many hotels, this was my first time experiencing a long wait time for checking in. I waited about an hour before its my turn to check in. The check in time was 3pm, but I ended up checking in at about 4pm. The staff did not extend a late check-out offer to me, but gave another guests the late check out benefits because that guest complained about the long wait time. I guessed because I did not complain, hence the staff did not bother. Anyway, the hotel staff need to review their check in system to avoid such unpleasant situations again. However, it was evident that the staff at the front desk were trying hard to manage the situation on that day.
