The Host Business Suites at WTC

Very nice hotel, excellently priced, and excellent service!!!

My room was adorable and the front desk staff were wonderful. It’s in a great location and they have smart TVs, which I have never used! Very clean, good breakfast. It’s walkable and the neighborhood is cute with decorated houses and sidewalks and my favorite thing, food on every corner. However, guests arriving late one night woke me up, you can hear everything and one of the children was yelling. My only other complaint is I paid quite a bit to have my dogs there for two nights (600 pesos), and when I was checking out, the woman cleaning rooms went into the room and complained that it was full of hair from the doorway. That was a little rude, especially since I have no cleaning tools (?), and I paid so much. The minibar is a little expensive, including the coffee in the room, but then again, when is it not expensive? Overall, I would stay here again.

If they had an elevator for those with a bad knee and altitude adjustment it’d be an awesome hotel. Beautiful facilities lots to eat one block away and just outside

Nice place to stay close to wtc very clean, nice staff

Very upscale and modern hotel, located in one of CDMX's business districts. Spacious rooms with Netflix, very nice walk in showers and restrooms. Only problem is there was no elevator, and the hot water did not always work. Great breakfast that came with our hotel package, from the cafe next door. Overall, it is a great place to stay at if you don't want to stay in a busy tourist area of CDMX.

There are no elevators even they have several rooms in upper floors. The breakfast is not good.

Had a major water pipe burst and had to relocate to another hotel because they did not have any rooms available. My stay at this hotel was already payed for and had to pay for another hotel room. Did not get my money back for the nights I did not stay with them even though they said they would return the money. Terrible service on their part.

Ok room. Walls could be repainted, sheets had permanent stains from previous clients. Clean but stained. Free breakfast sometimes at the cafe next door, or in the hotel depending on the day. I believe this may be random. Safe area, close to WTC. Nice bar below, locals and visitors hang out but not too many do it's relaxed. Not all clerks speak English but at least try. All are very nice to deal with. Water doesn't stay hot for too long nor get too hot so get in and out within a reasonable timeframe. Coffee in room is good quality, espresso size servings. In general average experience :)
