Very loud.. all rooms next to laundry room should have soft closing doors. People slammed the doors when they entered or leave the rooms and that’s annoying.

Checking in was a little unprofessional. But overall, my stay was okay/good. Everything was clean. We had a red line straight down the middle of our TV.

Great experience, friendly front desk staff especially Bridgette! Super convenient location. Hotel is clean and quiet, would stay here again!

For the money, it's a great place to stay. I have 3 points that I'd like to state: 1. No Shampoo offered in the room. 2. The walls are "paper thin", I could hear alarm clocks throughout my floor and the floor above me. 3. There are no curtains on the windows, only blinds that leave the edges exposed. The light from the exterior parking lights was very bright in my room. I had trouble sleeping, and this is after driving for 18 hours. I still couldn't fall asleep.

Room wasn’t clean felt rushed I just wouldn’t stay here again

Stayed here countless times but my departing day on 9/26/20 wasn't good. One thing that I think should be addressed is the housekeeping knocking well before 11am check out on the rooms that are scheduled to check out. The check in and check out times say it clear. In at 3pm out AT 11am. I am a 11am check outer. A 9am 930am knock to ask if I am checking out is not appreciated! Where are the do not disturb door knob signs??? Of course I got my 9:45am door knock which was knock #1. Knock #2 came 1030am informing me my room wouldn't be cleaned today take your time checking out no worries. My plan was to check out at noon then. Knock #3 came from the same housekeeper looking at me like I was an alien. Responded by telling housekeeper you did say room wasn't going to be cleaned today. Countless times I've already told housekeeper I am leaving I am checking out. Knock #4 came from front desk attendant asking if I was checking out. Told front desk what I was told about my room not being cleaned today and take my time checking out no worries. Told front desk I'm checking out at 12pm. Then there was a check out BEFORE Noon told to me by front desk. As upset as I was with the confusion I took way to long packing and didn't finally get done out the room til 1245pm! Understandable rooms need to be cleaned and ready for next guest. But the money I pay to stay as a guest means I'm entitled to get my moneys worth. There is no out BEFORE 11am. 11am on the dot is fair enough!

It was a pretty good stay. It is an extended stay kind of hotel with kitchen in room. Only down side is there was no privacy shade to block out the outside light from the window. The blinds that were there were broken and in need of repair.

The first floor smelled like cigarrettes. My room was not swept very well and there was no soap in the bathroom or kitchen. The room did not feel clean, grubby lamp switch that I cleaned with hand sanitizer. No TV channel pamphlet to assist in evening downtime channel search. The furniture looked like a cat had scratched all of it.
