Lack of communication of the building administration. Bad information about the location of the building. At midnight inside the building, drunken groups until the early hours of the morning. In winter they turn off the heating at midnight. We do not recommend this property.

Impossible to sleep here right in intensely busy street and NOISE all night long. Exhausted all day due to location. This must be stated in the ad for future guest.

The apartment was very clean and centrally located. We were a group of 6 with two kids. Pedro left the keys for us on the door so we could check in at any time and told us that he was going to leave the heating on for us. When we arrived in the evening the hearing wasn’t working and there was a problem with the electricity. We tried to get in touch with him over the phone and there was no reply. I left him a voicemail and sent him a text to his mobile. Still no answer. Texted him via hotels.com chat and no reply. There was nothing we could do and had to stay in a cold flat. We were only staying for one night luckily and even the day after he didn’t attempt to make any contact with us. This situation was very disappointing for us and we would have expected him to get back to us. Also one of the rooms had no blinds and we had to use a towel to cover it.

Vary good location. The check in address is incorrect in the web. Have told the owner to change it.

The apartment was spacious. The kitchen area had a fairly large refrig with freezer compartment. There was salt, pepper, and sugar available. There was an outdoor patio area with table and chairs that we enjoyed each evening sitting outside. It was convenient having the use of a free washing machine. A parking garage was close by. We would have liked hand towels for the bathroom. We did like the large container of body wash. The lighting in the bedroom was dim. An inventory should take place after each stay so that a person would not have to call for a second wine glass or wine opener.

Entry to flats was at No 12 not 10 as stated. A guy in the bar opposite told us, so no great problem. The flat we were given was not the one we booked but owner changed us next day when informed. Flats clean and spacious but quite bleak. Good location - very central. First flat quite noisy because of air con units from next door building - second flat very quiet.

These apartments are very centrally located and they are modern. The hosts are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. However, there were a few negatives for us - we didn't like that the windows were all frosted, that there was only one bedside light and that there was only one long pillow. We felt that there could be a bit more attention to the cleaning too.
