Paid for a swim up room and was put in a room at the end of the block which only got the sun from 3pm-5pm I think these rooms should be a choice and at a lower cost ! I was poured a glass of wine in the restaurant with my meal and still had half a glass when I’d finished the meal so went to take it with me to the lobby bar and head waiter came running out to me shouting you can’t take that glass over there it made me feel like I was stealing the drink.

The hotel was very clean and modern with a lovely relaxed feel and nothing was too much trouble

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It is clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food and drink is of a good standard. The hotel also put on a free shuttle bus to and from the city centre, which is a nice touch. The bedrooms are spacious, with complimentary toiletries and water. There is a main buffet restaurant, a snack bar, a bar that serves wonderful cocktails, a sports bar and a pool bar. I will definitely be back

management and staff have a take it or leave it attitude, no sense of customer service

I liked the fact that there was 1 quiet pool area and 1 more lovely pool area, so you can choose which you prefer. Also, as it’s an adults only resort it generally felt quieter and really caters for adults.

Fantastic hotel.. loved our stay

The property is on the whole well maintained and the gardens are immaculate. The Spa is looking tired in parts and is only accessible for those who have bought treatment packages. The Hotel is a long way out of town so this means you will have taxis expenses unless you use the intermittent courtesy bus. The food is varied and beautifully presented
