ACT HOTEL ROPPONGI

Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I felt totally safe traveling alone. Only one addition needs to be made, well two. 1-the ground floor outdoor elevator needs to be pass key entry as is now anyone can enter. 2- add small microwave on top of small refrigerator.

This place is great! Very close to the Roppongi Tokyo Metro Subway entrance, and 10min walking distance to Grand Hyatt Hotel for hotel limousine access. The only downfall I can say is the size of the restroom, especially the width where the sink is located. Besides that everything is great!

I am definitely going to have this hotel as my go to accommodations in Roppongi! The rooms are comfortable, the location is perfect, and the rooftop garden terrace that is free to guests is absolutely wonderful. You can get from the hotel to the Roppongi Hills cinema in less than 10 minutes on foot, and all of it is possible by escalator or elevator, so perfect for anyone with accessibility issues or bad knees! Could not recommend the hotel more highly!

Clean, convenient, friendly

The hotel is close to Roppongi station but on the quieter side. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was great for our family of 4. Lots of amenities in the room (coffee, razor, hairbrush) and rooftop area a nice place to get outside and away from the room

It felt unsafe that another guest was trying to open the door and get into my room because a front staff gave them a card key with wrong room number.

I stayed in room 205 and unfortunately was bitten multiple times by bed bugs. I have the worst fear of getting these so it was a bad end to the stay. I will have to throw my luggage out and it's costs me more money to stay there and I'm uncomfortable and itchy. They should check more often for these kind of things. It's really upset me and stressed me out :-(

Still new, the property open for about two years. They only allow check in at 3pm and check out by 10am, it’s too early. There are also people come for hourly rate, it work like love hotel. Shower room in the room is Super small

Perfect place to stay whether if it’s for leisure or business . Place was exceptionally clean . Though room was preety tight but still manageable. Thumbs up to the laundry area and ironing are provided . It will be great if there’s a smoking area at every level and at roof top terrace . Location was great as it’s walking distance to main attractions like Tokyo Tower and Mori Art Museum Accessibility to subway is just 5 mins away and only few stops away to major places of attractions . Staffs are very friendly and helpful Will definetly make it my next place to stay without hesitation .
