Great location, clean despite other reviews

I was a little scared after reading some of the negative reviews. Honestly, it's a new hotel. I lived around the corner for 11 years, so I knew how new it was. My room was clean, and comfortable. No complaints. The staff wasn't that rude, but they certainly don't do anything to give great service either. I asked for early check in and they said no. I asked for late check out and they gave me 30 minutes, which is basically nothing. If you can sign up for Green Car (car sharing), there are actually Green Cars in the basement which is a huge plus.

Nice and comfy room. Close to subway and lots of restaurants and stores. Only negative was the bottom grout in the shower that seemed to not have been scrubbed/bleached in a while.

Clean and great location, but I had to ask for changing the room because of smoking small. While I was booking, I specifically required for non-smoking room and that happened. Not so welcoming staff but satisfied overall.

Horrible customer Service

Hotel was mediocre. Our main complaint was customer service. After leaving my car in valet parking, we come back to find a dead battery. They immediately blamed it on us and told us to call our insurance. We asked to speak to the manager (hoping he/she speak better English) but the receptionist just left for an hour. They only responded until I found someone that could help me translate and even then, the staff was very apprehensive. It was a family trip with my 13 month old so it was painful to wait for over 2 hours to finally get the service center to jumpstart the vehicle, which we ended up paying. Do not recommend to stay here to avoid headaches.

Amazing stay especially if you like to gym

Great hotel with very clean rooms. Nice bed too. I chose this hotel initially because it was very near metro station (Seollung) and many connecting buses. The hotel fitness centre is great for a gymmer like me. Because it was very hard to fit gyms in Korea that takes short term membership like tourist, finding a hotel with fitness room was important. The gym in the hotel is so well equipped it is almost like any commercial gym! So many equipment and free weights and Smith Machine even! There's 2 conveniences store beside the hotel building which makes snacking at night very useful. Opposite is a pharmacy which is crucial, if you fall sick during the trip (which i did). I would definitely come back to stay again if coming to Seoul

First of all, we didn’t feel welcome at the hotel. And there was a problem with the heater. The room was cold but we weren’t able to turn on the heater. We expressed our concerns and the front desk staff mentioned he is going to move us to the next room. However, he never called us back. When we finally called back to complain about this around 9 PM, the same staff mentioned that the next room has a similar issue. We were not upgraded and had to stay in the same cold room. In summary, they not only did a mediocre job in terms of their service but also were untrustworthy.

Fabulous stay I was extremely happy with my stay, the morning buffet was excellent, the service exceptional, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and very professional. A most comfortable stay!
