Hound Premier Nampo

It was an excellent 6 nights stay in this hotel for my birthday holiday in Busan. I wrote in advance to inform them my bookings and made a special request for the room conditions. They made it for my requests during my stays. The staff can speak English and are helpful and friendly. If you can't understand the Korean language on the tv romote and air cond remote, call to ask. If you think your room is too hot from the central heating system, call them to let them know, they can provide you a standing fan. The room comes with UK plug head but no built in USB plug head. Not to worry but just prepare an international plug will do. The location is superb with 24 hrs supermarket next door and bus station going anyway in Busan with airport limousine coach just cross the rood. If you are taking metro and just 7 mins walk from exit 5 Jalgachi Station with lift from the station, or just take bus from Busan Station if you are taking KTX train from Seoul, cross the road by dragging your baggages and take bus 103 with 2 mins walk to the hotel only. The standing shower is good and the toilet seat comes with heating during this cold winter too! I strongly recommend you choose here to stay and with good restaurants just at the back of the street, and street food with walking distant at BIFF Square, and cafe are around with shoppings as well.

The room itself wasn't the most clean. Noticeable stains on carpet. However, the staff is absolutely amazing. Especially Joy, who help us find a lost phone while we were in Busan. She helped us every step of the way, including calling the police, checking on the status, getting us a taxi to the station. She was absolutely amazing. If it wasn't for her our trip wouldn't have been as great.

Really enjoyed our stay. Was in a very fun and convenient area to a lot of the shopping, fish market and close to subway. Rooms are new and very clean. Staff gave a nice greeting even if we could not get an early check in. Just missing a few amenities like an alarm clock or something to play music through. Also wish the motion detector light was in a location that didn't set it off if you needed to get up to use bathroom. Also no complimentary coffee. Love the rooftop with a great view of the city.

Fantastic location. Classy, clean, chic hotel. All was good except the toilet design where the shower section has no separation; so shower water seeps over to the sink and vanity counter area. otherwise, all good.

Good location, close to metro, shopping and eating areas

Loved the location and cleanliness. The toilet layout was bad; toilet and bathroom are together. So toilet floor is always wet after shower and floor is very slippery. No shower cap provided.

New and clean. Conveniently located near metro. The 2 front desk ladies are good with their English and very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. Love the location of this hotel! Lots of eateries nearby, close proximity to the markets, BIFF square and walkable to Nampo and Lotte mall! Hotel staff at recept were really nice and friendly too. They can help to order yummy kyochon fried chicken for you!

I had booked for 4 (2 adults and 2 child) and when I checked in I was asked to pay an extra for the 4th person since the rooms are for 3. Why this price is not included intialy ? I do not encourage this kind of surprises, as you do not know in advance how much you will be charged. Apart from this the staffs are very helpful and the rooms are clean, but for 3.
