This place is disgusting. Clearly a scam. When you first walk in the chairs are all beat up and old. The silverware has food on them. The main light in the living room does not work. There is very dim lighting in the bedroom. When you open the closet in the bedroom theres old pillows with nasty stains on them. The living room table has a bunch of burn marks on it and it looks like someone was doing drugs on it. The AC doesn’t work. All of the walls have marks on them. There is no soap, shampoo, body wash, etc. the toilet paper holder is broken, the towels are old and this is just not well ran. The front desk man was very rude and unprofessional. The only reason I stayed for the night I booked is because I flew in at 12AM. I will be contacting expedia for a refund and reporting this hotel.

The condo was very nice, however they need to upgrade their TV & the WiFi wasn’t working. Also a lot of young hood people stay at this location and I was a bit uncomfortable because I pretty much had to part a crowd of rowdy people in front of the location to get inside the building one night.

Amazing the property, clean, and the ameneties were great.

Excellent Downtown location with great city views. The apartment and tower complex was modern and clean.

I will start by saying the unit was beautiful with high end appliances. However, the whole process was awful from the minute I booked this place. Right after I booked and paid in full through Hotels.com the leasing company e mailed twice me asking for my credit card for payment. I called Hotels and they contacted the company who stated this was just a mistake. By this time I thought it was all very shady and did not want to stay as I didn’t trust them. However, even though it had only been 20 minutes since I booked, Hotels refused to cancel my booking and refund me. I was given the leasing company’s number and told to deal directly with them. I kept my booking but was uneasy. I called the company 4 days before my check in and told them I would be on a cruise before my stay and was there anything I needed to know as I would be unreachable, he said no. Hotels sent me an e mail saying I was all set. When we arrived, at the unit to check in, I was told I couldn’t get in because my name wasn’t on the list and I should contact the manager. I called and he spoke with the desk but I still needed a code to get in the unit, I had no cell service so I did not receive the email with the code to get in. I was never told that I would need that information. The whole process was awful and I will never again use Hotels.com or this management company. Oh and to top it off, he said we would have access to the pool...we didn’t 😡

Good location. Basic but clean. Easy check in and great communication with owners. Bed was comfortable and Aircon was efficient if a little noisy. No safe. No toiletries. Apartment generally in need of updating. I was travelling on business and didn't use the fridge, cooker, microwave, washer, dryer........but they looked good and would be useful if travelling on vacation.

I had problems with the check-in since I don't have an IPhone and was unable to get the internet on my computer. The front desk was helpful in giving me a phone number to call to get the code for admission.

This is a cute apartment with a beautiful city and river view. It was very clean and comfortable.

I showed The doorman told me the room number i walked In it was filthy- didn’t have soup towels toilet paper or anything. I had To go to the store to buy products just to take a shower and get towels from the pool. The doors were all open and there were bugs everywhere
