Royal Hotel Nha Trang

The room was nice, clean. It was a little bit noisy, there is like a school around, and you hear noise when someone open a door in the common area and when they are talking. But the hotel is not in a busy street. The staff doesn t really speak english. The breakfast was really nice, it s a buffet and not the same everyday, but the breakfast room is too small, you can t really walk around tables.

Hotel is very new with nice design. The room is big and clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted me to get settled very quickly. We will come back this hotel for our next trip and recommend our friend for this hotel.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus. Auch mit dem Zimmer (602) waren wir zunächst zufrieden, bis wir den ganzen Schimmel and der Wand bei der Klimaanlage entdeckt haben. Das Fenster konnte nicht ganz geschlossen werden und klapperte. Leider wurden wir auch von unseren beiden Nachbarzimmern gestört. Da kann das Hotel zwar nichts für aber das Hotelpersonal hat sich nicht um den Lärm gekümmert. Das Früstück war sehr schlecht, Wärme Gerichte wurden nicht warmgehalten und waren somit kalt. Der Boden war ekelhaft, voller Dreck und Essensreste. Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich und entschuldigte sich auch für das Zimmer aber zurück kommen möchten wir nicht.
