Alibi Zlatibor Inn

The hotel is OK and the rooms are modern and quite comfortable. Difficult to get around if, as I was, you are temporarily suffering from mobility problems. Too many stairs - for example from the entrance up to reception, then from reception up to the restaurant...no handrails and very hard edged stone treads...scary!! The rooms are well-appointed but why on earth there has to be electronic control of the lights and heating I have no idea. Give me a proper switch any time. Half the time the lights had a life of their own because my room key card was too deep in its slot (!) and the lighting options of lamp 1, lamp 2, lamp 3, and lamp 4 was a total mystery most of the time. The TV had a habit of turning itself on in the night and the bedside lights.....? Gave up with them. Another tip if you want to get a decent nights sleep - don't stay overnight on a Saturday...the Club Alibi is in the basement but even four floors above it we could hear every pounding mega-bass thump until 4 am. Terrible to get no sleep at the end of a relaxing few days so that spolit the whole experience. No tea and coffee making facilities either. Wouldn't stay there again.

L établissement est très bien situé , au centre ville, et à proximité de la gare routière. La chambre était spacieuse , confortable, propre et très agréable , La literie était un véritable cocon . L accueil et le service étaient excellents , le personnel était très sympathique et à notre écoute . Le petite déjeuner était très très bon, vraiment super , avec des produits locaux , un régal . Nous recommandons cet établissement dans lequel nous séjournerons à nouveau , avec plaisir .
