Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista, an IHG Hotel

We were at the hotel only one day but we enjoyed our stay, super clean ! Good location ! Friendly personnel.

Great location and easy access to Disney. Even a target right down the road!

We absolutely loved this hotel. Check was quick and easy with friendly staff. Hotel was located in a safe, quiet location, close to the Disney parks and Disney Springs. Lots of restaurants and shopping just a short drive away. Large parking lot with enough parking, free parking at that. The room was very clean, very happy with this. No problems with bathroom amenities, some hotels have horrible drainage. Nice pool, the kids loved it! My absolute most favorite part was the bed. This was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, it made it hard to want to get out of bed and go to Disney! Pillows were also very nice as well. We will 100% be coming back for future stays.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very comfortable bed. Coffee, hot water for tea and hot cocoa available in the lobby. Didnt get a chance to use the pool, but it does look descent. Reasonably priced with free parking. My 9 year old felt this hotel is a "luxury hotel", although i cant consider it "luxury hotel" but the mere fact that my daughter considers it "luxury" does say a lot about the cleaniness and comfort of tge hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant...the hotel was clean, service was friendly and we were right in the middle of everything. The free parking was a bonus!! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if I'm ever in Orlando again!!

The accommodations were nice. They had a wedding party in the conference room and there was no parking in their parking lot or the hotel next door. On top of that there was loud bass music playing until after 1 am. And it took 3 calls to the front desk before the volume was turned down but not enough for a pleasant stay. Music was on well after 1 am. When I mentioned the problems at check out my concerns were not even validated.

The stay was good except the ac sounded like a jet plane taking off until we adjusted the fan and all was good

Hotel was extremely clean. A sticker is placed on the outside of the room door to confirm room has been sanitized. Bed and pillows are very comfortable as always. Close to Orlando attractions. Had an absolutely wonderful stay!! Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

My husband and I stayed here on our recent trip to Disney World. The hotel was very clean, the staff was so nice, and we were so close to the Disney Parks! The room even had subtle Disney decor. We have definitely found our new favorite hotel when we go to Orlando.

Hotel was new and clean. easy access to all areas.
