Windsor Palms Resort Condos

The stay here was mostly quite pleasant. It’s a great gated neighborhood that is well cared for and quiet. The condo was very nice, clean, roomy and had pretty much anything you could need. It was as a very comfortable 2 weeks for us for the most part. Amenities were not available due to Covid so I can’t comment on that. The downside is that if you have any issues or questions at all during your stay, the management company (IPG) Literally acts as if they don’t exist. Leaving messages for property manager as instructed resultS in absolutely no return calls, emails also went unanswered. We had a major ant issue (it’s Florida, it happens) and ended up going to buy our own Terro to get rid of them, 2 burners on the stove weren’t working so we just avoided using them because nobody returned our calls or emails. We decided to extend our stay by another week and I had to call multiple phone numbers to reach someone who would even take my money. Finally on attempt #7 I got someone to answer and extend my reservation. I would stay here again but I’d also be prepared to deal with anything needing to be addressed at the property myself.

Very nice property. However, every day there was an issue with the very old front door locks. They are very old and very hard to operate. When that door closes it should lock automatically with the type lock that's on it but we had to contact Oscar about it and still we continued to fight with the locks. The stove took forever to heat up every day that we just decided after the second day to just not use it. Oscar came and jiggled things once and they started to get hot but the next day same issue with the stove not heating up very well and some not at all. Would stay there again on the property but those 2 things were issues for us the entire stay. Thanks!

O condomínio era agradável, o apartamento também, mas podia estar melhor limpo. Mas chato mesmo foi a torneira velha da banheira que quebrou, tive que acionar a IPG a meia noite, atrapalhou minha noite de sono e no dia seguinte ficaram horas trocando a torneira defeituosa.
